As a general indication, our prices are comparable to quality, upscale restaurant menus. However.....
We prefer not to set a standard fee structure. The reason for this is our catering is done in-house (at the place of the event), and it is simply impossible to quote prices until we do your free initial consultation. Past experience has proven to us that all things are simply not created equal. Rather than set our prices in advance, we have found it far better for each dinner and event we plan to be handled individually, on a client by client basis. This is the fairest method of pricing, since your quote will be determined by several factors:
• Your menu choices
• number of guests
• Level of service you prefer (e.g. table service, buffet, banquet)
• Kitchen facilities and equipment available
• additional staffing (e.g. wait staff, bar, etc.)
• Your budget
...........and so on
Everything is taken into account when your unique and personalized menu is designed. We will then deliver your quote and go over all the details with you to make sure everyone is in agreement. What could be any easier???
